Hi, I’m Monique Addison-Stinson, also known as Burnout Coach Mo. 

I’ve been where you are and it wasn’t until I created new daily habits that I started to live again (instead of existing). 

After working with me 1:1, you’ll learn how to create the type of life you won’t need a vacation from to enjoy.

Month 1

In the first month, we allow you to self-assess your personality. Understand what stress means to you, what are the factors that cause you to stress, and what changes you feel in your body, diet, and health.

You’ll learn to assess what activities divert your mind and make you feel relaxed. You’ll learn to notice the food that makes you feel happy, the company that relaxes you, and the exercise routine that is a must to relax your body.

Month 2

In this month, we will take a step further to allow you to revive your positive energy and personality. We’ll understand relaxation, how to relax and how important it is for your health and overall well-being. We’ll identify what are the things that relax you, make you happy and energetic. There will be lots of exercises (for your mind and body), dietary recommendations, meditation, and you’ll lots of other ways to relax your mind and body.

By the end of month 2, you would have explored new recipes, exercises, mind relaxing games, and lots of other things to relax yourself, reduce and manage your stress in a much better way to enjoy your life fully.

Month 3

In the final month, we will put it all together:

Personalize, Practice, and Prioritize!

We’ll personalize your overall routine to manage and reduce your stress. Your workbook and different mind & body exercises will bring a positive change to your life. You’ll start:

  • Eating healthy, fresh, and natural foods and avoid processed and sugary food for a healthy body and mind.
  • Exercising and relaxing more.
  • Learning to self-care.
  • Feeling and thinking positive, staying strong and welcoming challenges.
  • Prioritizing and focusing on what makes you happy and relaxed.
  • Feeling like a new woman!
