Hi, I’m Monique Addison-Stinson, also known as Burnout Coach Mo. 

I Empower overworked Corporate Women & Ministry Leaders to stop rescuing everyone but themselves, take the vacation days, and drop the stress weight so they can finally enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to create.

My own journey to health and wellness started when I was a stressed-out, church-going, overworked corporate employee. I was juggling a demanding job, church-ministry leader obligations, and trying to keep up with my own health goals, and it was taking a toll on me both physically and mentally.

In a quest to improve my health, I decided to learn everything I could and enrolled in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and that’s when my life changed. I was able to find ways to manage my stress, make healthier choices, and finally achieve my weight loss goals. I felt better than I had in years, and I knew I wanted to help other women (& Ministry Leaders) do the same.

I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified in stress management and started my own practice, where I use a holistic approach to help busy women (& Ministry Leaders) stop hustling so they can create healthier, happier lives. I believe that health is about more than just diet and exercise – it’s about finding balance in all areas of your life, from your career/ministry to your relationships to your self-care routines.
