For years, I ran my health coaching business and helped women reclaim their energy, but over time, I noticed something incredible happening.
Women over 40, many of them faith-driven, started coming to me with a new question: “How did you get started? Can you help me do the same?”
Even though I loved coaching on health & burnout prevention, I began to feel a different calling.
Despite my background in HR and my years as an online coach, I doubted I was “qualified” to be a business coach. I kept praying for more signs, scanning the Bible for clues, hoping to feel ready.
But then came the moment of clarity—God reminded me I’d been doing this work all along since 2011. That was the confirmation I needed. I realized my hesitation wasn’t a lack of faith but spiritual procrastination.
With renewed confidence, I stepped fully into my role as a Kingdom Business Strategist, helping faith-driven women over 40 launch their own coaching ministries and finally say “yes” to their calling.
