Hey, I’m Monique Addison-Stinson! I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed, tired, and burned out. I was in the thick of corporate life as an HR pro and juggling countless roles as a Ministry Leader. It was straight-up exhausting! After a scary bout with blackouts and a POTS diagnosis, I took control of my health. I studied and became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified in stress management, I turned my life around by focusing more on life than work. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

When I’m not coaching, I’m all about Hallmark movies, cracking up with Golden Girls, Living Single, Girlfriends, and getting my reality show fix with Catfish. Podcasts, audiobooks, and Sunday movie time with my mom are my jam.
