Business Church Life offers faith-based business coaching services, digital products, courses, memberships, and resources designed specifically for Christian women over 40 transitioning into entrepreneurship. Services include but are not limited to:

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors including ThriveCart, Stripe, Square, and PayPal. We do not store your complete credit card information.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Plans: If payment plans are offered, you agree to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to complete payment will result in immediate suspension of access to all program materials, resources, and community access. Any materials accessed prior to default remain subject to the intellectual property restrictions in Section 6. Partial completion of a payment plan does not entitle you to retain, use, or redistribute any program materials.
Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Due to the nature of our digital products, coaching services, and immediate access to materials, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.

To Request an Exception: Contact us at support@businesschurchlife.com within 7 days of purchase with your full name, order/transaction number, detailed explanation, and supporting documentation. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our decision is final.

Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@businesschurchlife.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pensacola, Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Business Church Life individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and any product-specific terms presented at point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Business Church Life regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
