These Coaching Program Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services offered by Business Church Life, including Business Breakthrough Sessions, Launch Your Calling™, Bigger Calling Collective, and any other group or individual coaching programs. By registering or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Coaching services provided by Business Church Life are for educational, motivational, and business development purposes. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. It is a professional relationship designed to help you clarify your goals, develop strategies, and take action in your business.
ALL COACHING PROGRAM SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of coaching services, the time and resources committed to program delivery, and immediate access to program materials upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds once a coaching session has been scheduled, a program has commenced, or membership access has been granted.

By purchasing any coaching program, you confirm you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. This refund policy is a material term of this agreement.
If you have enrolled using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of your participation level or satisfaction with the program. Failure to complete all payments will result in immediate termination of access to all program materials, community access, and future sessions. Materials accessed prior to default remain subject to the intellectual property restrictions in Section 7. You will not be entitled to retain any program materials upon payment default.
Business Breakthrough Sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the session without refund or credit.
Group Coaching Calls: Group calls are held on a scheduled basis. Missed calls are not refunded or credited. Recordings may be provided at our discretion.
Launch Your Calling™: Program access is provided for the duration of the active cohort plus a 30-day grace period, as specified at enrollment. After this period, access to the community platform (Skool) will end, but you retain access to any materials you have downloaded.
Bigger Calling Collective: Membership access continues as long as your membership is active and payments are current. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to keep all information shared by other participants in group programs and community spaces strictly confidential. You may not share, repeat, screenshot, record, or redistribute information shared by other members on Skool or any other platform. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the program.
All program materials including audio lessons, workbooks, templates, scripts, swipe files, AI prompts, resource libraries, and the proprietary frameworks of Business Church Life (including the Corporate Exodus Method™ and the CLARITY-to-CALLING™ Method) are the sole intellectual property of Business Church Life.

Participation in our community spaces, including the Skool platform for Bigger Calling Collective, requires respectful engagement consistent with Christian values. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our community guidelines, is disruptive to the program, or whose behavior is harmful to other members, without refund.
Results from participation in our coaching programs are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, circumstances, background, and implementation. We make no guarantee that you will achieve specific income levels, client acquisition goals, or business outcomes. See our full Earnings Disclaimer for details.
Business Church Life and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our coaching programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Escambia County, Florida.
By purchasing or enrolling in any Business Church Life coaching program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Coaching Program Terms and Conditions.
